THE GENERATION OF ONE KING- 70 YEARS CONFIRMED IN ISAIAH 23:15

Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one king Isaiah 23:15

As we anticipate his coming we look to the 70 year generation and look for continued confirmations that 70 is truly the generation of man, and the generation that Jesus was speaking about in Mathew 24.

Back in the 1980's many believed that the generation was 40 years and how disappointed everyone was when the rapture did not occur.

How do we know for sure that 70 is the generation Jesus was talking about? Well we have some confirming witness to the generation being 70 years. I hope that this little mini-study on 70 years encourages you as you continue to look for his appearing!

There are 70 years between each of the 14 generation between Abraham and Jesus70 is the year of release from the captivity of Babylon.70 is the days of our years- Psalms 90:1070 is the year of one king- Isiah.23:15
