CLUE # 2 Noah - Possible Rapture Timing Frame During The Feast of Weeks
( Clue #1 can be found in yesterdays study: http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/jan2010/loras121.htm)
Over the next few weeks I will be presenting many intriguing insights into why the rapture could possibly occur between the Feast of Firstfruits and Pentecost. I will begin in Genesis and work my way through Revelations and show you a pattern that is too profound to ignore. Each day I will present another possible clue for the Pre-Tribulation rapture of the Bride and for the possible Rapture Time frame.
Summary at a glance:
In Month 2 day 10 (Feast of Weeks)Noah when he entered the ark, he was 600 years old. The biblical meaning of the number 600 means war or conflict. Noah's name means comfort and rest, his comfort and rest began when God told him "to come" -"enter into " the the ark a type chamber that compares to the Ark of The Covenant. The door was shut as God's wrath and judgment was poured out upon a rebellious mankind. Noah entered the ark during what would latter be The Counting of the Omer or the Feast of Weeks; the ark settled and rested on what would latter be the day that Jesus would rise from the dead, which is the day of Firstfruits, also the beginning of the Counting of the Omer/Feast of Weeks.
One of the CLUES Jesus gives us is this; Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Could the word "Days" give us a clue to the "come in" or "come up hither" and the shutting of the door time frame as well as the begining of the Judgement?
Below are brief points that will be covered in this study:
Noah’s age 600 when he entered the ark. 600 means conflict and war Noah’s name means rest or comfort
-Noah entered the Ark Month 2 day 10
-Month 2 Day 10 also falls during the Feast of Weeks
-Noah Ark was lifted up and preserved at the time of the Feast of Weeks (Passover, Firstfruits, Unleavened Bread Pentecost)
-Come into the ark - Come up hither- 7 days before the flood
-Noah’s Ark a type of Ark Covenant and chamber for the righteous-
-Saving of the righteous and judgment of the ungodly
-Job and Isaiah, gathering together, shutting the door, Jesus heralds for bride to come up into thy chamber before the wrath is poured our, but for a little while.
-7 Days in Ark before 40 days of Rain Represent 7 Years of Tribulation
-Many waters represents those who are judged- many waters/whore- Bride of Christ is not in the judgement.
-Exiting the ark during the Feast of Weeks conclusions on Pentecost birth of the Church brings forth THE COMFORTER- Holy Spirit, Noah entered his comfort and rest during the Feast of weeks concluding day of Pentecost!
If he( God) cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him? Job 11:10
This scripture in Job is a confirming witness to the cutting off of the wicked, the shutting up and preserving of the righteous and the gathering together of the saints. Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Jesus confirms the wicked in that day as well as the preserving of the saints, Enoch, Methuselah, Noah and his family!( see link above for yesterdays study)
NOTE:we must always keep in mind that God still needed to populate the Earth and preserve the seed of man, hence someone needed to remain on Earth to populate it!
The Gathered: Enoch and Methuselah
Ark LIFTED UP above the Judgment: Noah and his family, The "Righteous", God calls Noah into the ark, and 7 days later, the flood comes. Noah is a type of the lifting up/rapture before the 7 year tribulation, at the end of which all of God's enemies are destroyed at Armageddon, like the flood. The righteous were either lifted up or translated or taken away prior to the flood. On month 2 (Lyyar) of the Biblical Holy Day- Calendar day 17 Fountains of deep broken up, 40 days of rain begin the Noachian Flood, Genesis 7:11. Genesis 7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
• Noah entered the Ark for 7 Days prior to the flood Month 2 day 10, 30 days from what would latter be Passover/the Feast of Weeks!
7 days represents 7 years of Tribulation, the 40 days represents the last pouring out of God's wrath.
• World did not listen to the preachers of righteousness. The Bible emphasizes that the people are acting as if LIFE IS PERFECTLY NORMAL, "they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day" (Matt 24:28), that the world is not listening to the preachers of righteous taught for four generations prior to the flood!
Judgment Upon the Ungodly:
Scriptures in Matthew 24, Luke 17, and 2 Peter 2, indicate that the story of Noah teaches about the return of Jesus, delivering the godly and punishing the ungodly. Matt 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
The Days of Noah, judgment upon the ungodly in Genesis 7:4 For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
• 2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
• Revelations, Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation(trial), which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Rev 3:10 Here is a promise He will "KEEP THEM FROM the Hour of Trial" Because they kept the word of HIS Patience. The word patience used in this verse means -Strongs G5278-steadfastness, constancy, endurance even the greatest trials and sufferings patient enduring, sustaining, perseverance. This verse is addressed to the Church of Philadelphia one of two churches that has the promise of being kept from this "hour of trial". The other churches unless they repent and overcomer as well as go back to their first love or they will not be kept from the hour of trial. He goes so far as to say He will throw them into tribulation and kill her children with death!
• Unless they repent22Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works
• Not all the Churches are not found to be all righteous and all godly. God will keep the righteous and the godly from the "HOUR of TRIAL"
• What kept Noah from the hour of trial? Genesis 7:5 And Noah did according unto all that the Lord (Because thou has kept the word of my patience- Rev 3:10)
• THE OPEN DOOR FOR THE RIGHTEOUS
THE OPEN DOOR TO COME IN -Note: back up in Gen 7:1, we saw that God calls to Noah from inside the ark, to come in, which is similar to "Come up hither" in Rev. And the door is also symbol of the rapture being kept from the hour of trial. Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
• I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Rev.3:8 The righteous, the bride of Christ will have an open door before them, a door that God will open, a door no man will be able to shut. God will not pour out this wrath on his righteous bride, He did not pour it out on the righteous " in the days of Noah" No good and kind bridegroom would ever beart up his bride before the wedding. But the unrighteous, unrepentant church and the wicked will be brought into repentance and restoration during the "hour of trial" to "try men".
THE DOOR IS SHUT : GENESIS 7:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
When God shuts the door no man can open it, and it remains closed! Below are the supporting scriptures.
1. Job a door that can only be shut by God; If he( God) cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him? Job 11:10
2. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Luke 13:25
3. I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
4. A shutting of the door for the church the foolish virgin was not repentant, not an overcomer, had become lukewarm etc…Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
5. And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.
The shutting of the door is for the unrepentant church which is the foolish virgins and the drunken servant and the wicked.
Noah's ark is a type of Ark of Covenant/ heaven.
Noah's ark is like the ark of the covenant, in that God's presence is in both. Remember, God told Noah to "come into" the ark, indicating that God was in the ark. (Genesis 7:1) God's presence was also in the ark of the covenant: Exodus 25:22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.
Noah’s Ark and Ark of Covenant have same ratios construction ratios are the same: 3 to 5. Noah’s' ark is 30 to 50, The ark of the covenant is 1.5 to 2.5 cubits.
1. Noah’s Ark, Gen 6:14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. Vs.15 And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.
2. Ark of Covenant, Exodus 25:10 And they shall make an ark of shittim wood: two cubits and a half shall be the length thereof, and a cubit half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof. The Ark of the Covenant is a symbol of a Heavenly Chamber
Enter Into Thy Chamber
Isa. 26:20Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.
• (Chamber =Srongs H2314-chamber, room, parlour, innermost or inward part, within)
THE CHAMBER DESCRIBED IN ISAIAH IS THE CHAMBER/ROOM THE INNERMOST PART AND IS LIKENED TO A BED CHAMBER.
CHAMBER IN STRONGS#-H2314 innermost part or room, which is the BED CHAMBER, The Stongs word for bedchamber is #4296- This MEANS to announce or proclaim be herald beforehand. 2) to announce beforehand (of the herald himself) Acts 3:20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
JESUS IS PROCLAIMING, HERALDING AND ANNOUNCING BEFOREHAND... BEFORE(ACTS 3:20) AND HE SHALL SEND JESUS AND HE SHALL SAY" 20"Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers" THE BRIDAL CHAMBER!
The verses that proceed and follow this verse in Isaiah 26:17- 21
17Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD. Birth pains Jesus speaks about in Mathew 24.
18We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. YJudgement had not been poured out at this time, it is not until after he calls the bride into the chamber so, the inhabitants of the world have not fallen!!! This verse helps defines pre-tribulation and catching away of the bride and a time for her to be hidden.
19Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. The dead arise first.
20Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. My people are those who are alive and the dead men who now live.
21For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. The judgement of God upon all the unrighteous, wicked and unrepentant.
Simply put Isa. 26:17-21 lays out an order of events of birth pains, the unrighteous have not yet been judged, the resurrection of the dead, the calling heralding of his people to enter into thy innermost chamber which is referenced as a bed chamber.
Isa 26:20Come,( calling is in) my people( belonging to HIM), enter thou into thy chambers( innermost part, bridal chamber), and shut thy doors about thee( keep your shut into the bridal chamber): hide thyself as it were for a little moment( hardly a moment), until the indignation( anger and rage) be over past. (Vanished)
7 DAYS Noah in Ark Before Flood Represents 7 YEARS
God Shut the door of the Ark for 7 days prior to the flood. It is during this time that Noah entered into his"rest and comfort."The 7 day period represents the 7 years of the Tribulation, the raining and the fountains of the deep broke open for 40 days and 40 nights, these days represents the final wrath poured out upon the earth during the remainder or the seventh year and the last few days, perhaps even 40 days. Noah and his family exited the ark 7 days after the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which was also the Feasts of Weeks! The seven days symbolize seven years, a day for a year. A day is for a year when considering a length of time of a judgment as we see with Moses and Ezekiel. Supporting scripture on this is found in the below verses:
1.Num 14:34 After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, even forty years, and ye shall know my breach of promise.
2.Ezek 4:6 And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days: I have appointed thee each day for a year.
MANY WATERS REPRESENTS THOSE THAT WERE JUDGED IN THE FLOOD AND DURING THE TRIBULATION
1. Gen 8:13 And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth:
2. Revelation 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
3. God would not liken his bride to a whore, his bride is counted with the righteous.
Rest and comfort began for Noah when he entered the Ark, Month 2 day 10,
this month would fall latter in the time frame of the Feast of Weeks. The Feast of Weeks concluded on Pentecost which (Pentecost = "the fiftieth day" Strongs1) the second of the three great Jewish feasts, celebrated at Jerusalem yearly, the seventh week after the Passover, in grateful recognition of the completed harvest) was the birth of the Church. The Holy Spirit was given, his name is also known as "THE COMFORTER"! Noah entered his comfort and rest both at the onset of the flood. There are no coincidence with God, these Feast are called Moed, God's divine appointments, they are shadows of things to come.
Jesus tells us in Mathew that his coming will be likened to the days of Noah, perhaps his coming will also be likened to the rapture/catching away the saving of the righteous from His wrath to come and the season/divine appointment/Moed's with which it just might come in.
